Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1:
If you receive the wrong product, please raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing us at info@dermaglory.com. Share clear images of the product received along with your Order ID.

Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 48 working hours.

Step 3:
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup of the incorrect product from your address.

Step 4:
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative return option.

Step 5:
After the product is picked up, we will ship the replacement (subject to stock availability). If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


Damaged Item Received

Step 1:
If your product arrives damaged, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@dermaglory.com, along with clear images of the damaged product and your Order ID.

Step 2:
Please allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3:
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup of the damaged product.

Step 4:
If pickup service is not available in your area, we will guide you with an alternative solution.

Step 5:
After the damaged product is collected, we will ship a replacement (based on availability) or issue a refund.


Products Not Eligible for Return or Replacement

Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are opened, used, tampered with, or altered

  • Missing original packaging, including boxes, labels, or seals

  • Requests raised after 3 days from the delivery date

  • Makeup products are non-returnable and non-refundable


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before processing. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value (as applicable).

  • Shipping charges, if any, displayed at checkout are final.


Pricing & Product Information

We make every effort to ensure accurate product and pricing information. However, errors may occur occasionally.

  • Prices are confirmed only once the order is placed.

  • If a product is listed with incorrect pricing or information, we reserve the right to cancel the order before shipment.

  • If payment has already been processed, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • Prices, offers, discounts, and availability may change without prior notice.

  • Promotional offers and coupon codes may apply only to selected products or categories.
