Order Handling & Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours.
During website maintenance, sales events, or unforeseen situations, dispatch timelines may be slightly affected.

If you do not receive shipping information within this time, please write to us at info@dermaglory.com.

We truly hope you love your Derma & Glory products. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, please reach out and we will do our best to resolve the issue.


Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1:
Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery by emailing info@dermaglory.com. Please share clear images of the incorrect product received along with your Order ID.

Step 2:
Allow us 48 working hours to review your request.

Step 3:
Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup of the wrong product.

Step 4:
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative return option.

Step 5:
After the product is successfully picked up, we will ship the replacement product subject to stock availability. If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed.


Item Damaged During Transit

Step 1:
If you receive a damaged product, raise a replacement request within 3 days of delivery by emailing info@dermaglory.com, along with images of the damaged product and your Order ID.

Step 2:
Please allow 48 working hours for us to review your request.

Step 3:
Upon approval, our courier partner will arrange a pickup of the damaged product.

Step 4:
If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your location, we will guide you with an alternative solution.

Step 5:
Once the damaged product is picked up, we will ship a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a refund.


Return / Replacement Not Accepted In the Following Cases

Returns or replacements will not be accepted if:

  • Products are opened, used, altered, or tampered with

  • Original packaging (boxes, labels, seals, etc.) is missing

  • The request is raised after 3 days from the date of delivery


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed.
Once an order has been processed, cancellation will not be possible.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above the minimum order value (as applicable from time to time)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) option may be available

  • Any shipping charges displayed at checkout are final
